Ordering Your Own Photo at Swynk

Once you have ordered your photo, we will immediately start producing the canvas with the accompanying parts. The following steps are taken to turn your photo into a beautiful work of art:

1. Send photo: Our graphic designer in the Netherlands checks each photo individually and securely sends it to our supplier's graphic designer.
2. Swynk employee check: Our supplier's graphic designer sends us a sample, which we approve or reject. If the sample is rejected, another one is made. In most cases, the photo matches and is approved. If the photo is rejected again, the steps are repeated. This does not impact the delivery time.
3. Production: Once the photo is approved, our supplier starts printing the canvas and assembling it into the all-in-one package.
4. Shipping: The customized photo is then sent to the nearest post office and shipped to the customer.
5. Handling: A Swynk employee personally sends the track & trace codes to the customer via email.
