Spending cozy evenings with your girlfriends, chatting for hours, enjoying delicious food, playing games, or going out. I'm a huge fan of these wonderful moments and I absolutely thrive when I'm with my friends. I get so much energy from these amazing women that I can still feel happy about it a month later. I wouldn't want to, and couldn't, live without my dear girlfriends. I also love organizing fun evenings because, honestly, I can't go too long without seeing them. They mean so much to me, and with these seven tips, every evening with your girlfriends is guaranteed to be a successful Girls Night. Are you in?

1. Choices, Choices & More Choices

What are you going to do? This is an important question that sets the mood and theme for your time together. Whether you're having a barbecue, going kayaking, hosting a high tea, having a movie marathon, doing nails and face masks, playing games, or trying something creative like paint by numbers together... It doesn't matter because it's your special time together! Choose what fits your group and enjoy being together, because that's what it's all about. Everything else is secondary and just completes the experience, but quality time is what matters most!

2. Planning & Location

Finding a date is often tricky when coordinating multiple schedules, but if needed, use a scheduling app and compare calendars. This time together is priceless! Where are you going to host this amazing Girls Night? At your place, or do you need to make a reservation (think high tea, which can also be done perfectly at home, a bowling alley, movie theater, or even a painting studio)? Don't forget to book ahead!

3. Food & Drinks

It's great that you're putting so much effort and time into this successful Girls Night, but don't forget the snacks and drinks! You can run to the store yourself and prepare lots of goodies. You can also ask your friends to each bring something, which gives you fun variety and everyone contributes in their own favorite way! Extra cozy and usually super delicious!

4. Supplies

What activity did you choose for tonight? Make sure you don't gather all your supplies at the last minute. Give yourself a few days of buffer so you can still consult others if something's missing or have time to run to the store. Supplies might include: face masks, nail polish, games, magazines, chips, healthy snacks, recipes and ingredients, tea, movies, guilty pleasure music... You've got this!

5. Plan B

The evening is definitely still going to be super fun! And besides, you have each other, so it's probably already going to be awesome anyway!

6. Say Cheese

"I wish we had taken photos that night..." No way that sentence gets spoken at an evening I organize, haha. As a photography lover, I take tons of photos every day, and of course during such a fun evening too. It's extra fun to capture silly photos. Later, they'll give you at least as big a laughing fit as when you took them together. The best, right?!

7. Enjoy

Last but not least, a tip that's at least as important as all the ideas above: enjoy each other. You organized the evening, you put time and effort into it, and now you get to relax and enjoy it. Catch up, give each other extra hugs, and be there for each other. Have fun!
